Rex Magazine is the alumni magazine of the Willem de Kooning Academy of Applied Arts. This issue's theme was set out as 'ego'. Because the magazine is about artists, the theme was embraced as a search for each artist's ego and alter-ego and visualised by playful typography and dividing the lay-out with diagonal lines.
